Description:
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Associate Lawyer to join our office in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, commercial, real estate, and immigration matters.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide legal advice and support on all aspects of corporate law, including corporate governance, regulatory filings, and representation before authorities.
· Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including commercial agreements, NDAs, letters of intent, construction contracts, and commercial leases.
· Handle real estate transactions and share deals, including due diligence exercise.
· Conduct legal research and monitor legislative and regulatory developments.
· Provide legal opinions on legal matters, including those related to immigration law – Golden Visa will be considered a strong advantage.
Requirements:
· Bachelor of Laws.
· Minimum 3 years of professional experience in corporate, commercial, and real estate law.
· Fluent in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
· Postgraduate degree (LLM or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.
· Excellent organisation and communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
· Member of Greece Bar Association
